Our guidelines are designed to ensure that you are able to fully enjoy your experience.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour notice period for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will lead to a 50% cancellation charge.
The management reserves the right to amend treatment prices at their own discretion, However written notice will be given.
To avoid disappointment we advise you to book appointments.
Arrival
For all new clients we politely request you arrive ten minutes early for your appointment to fill out a consultation card.
If you are running late for your appointment please let us know in due time.
